The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties, and any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved through the following process:

Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services  in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall take place in Chicago, IL USA, and the language of the arbitration shall be english. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties, and any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
4. Exceptions: Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

If any provision of this Dispute Resolution section is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
